The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among The First State Bank of West Manchester, West Manchester, Ohio, the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, and the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
