The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the issuance of a Final Decision and Order of Prohibition against Kenneth L. Coleman, a former employee of PNC Bank and Mellon Bank, N.A., both of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Order, the result of an action brought by the Office of Comptroller of the Currency, prohibits Mr. Coleman from participating in the conduct of the affairs of any financial institution or holding company.
