The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among New Century Bancorp, the New Century Bank, both of Southfield, Michigan, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and the Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Services. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. |
