| The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced its approval of the application filed by Gateway Bank & Trust Co., Elizabeth City, North Carolina, to acquire three branches of Provident Bank of Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland. These branches are in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, and Emporia and Suffolk, both in Virginia. Attached is the Order relating to this action. |
