The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced its approval of the application by Barclays PLC and Barclays Bank PLC, both in London, England, and Barclays Group US Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, to form bank holding companies and to acquire Juniper Financial Corp. and its subsidiary bank, Juniper Bank, both in Wilmington, Delaware. Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action. |
