November 2007 Update
This transmittal updates information about resubmission standards for Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data and corrects footnote 5 in the chapter on the Homeowners Protection Act. It also provides replacement pages for certain Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) examination procedures that were reissued in July 2007. Finally, the transmittal updates introductory material in the handbook, including the table of contents.
