The Federal Reserve Board today announced the issuance of a Cease and Desist Order against Banco Atlántico, S.A., Barcelona, Spain, and its New York Agency. The Order was issued jointly with the Acting Superintendent of Banks of the State of New York. A copy of the Order is attached.
