The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Heritage Bancorp Company, Inc., Cleveland, Oklahoma; the First Bank of Cleveland, Cleveland, Oklahoma; the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City; and the Oklahoma State Banking Department.
