The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among United Bancshares, Inc., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; the United Bank of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. |
