The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Olathe Bancorporation, Inc., Olathe Colorado; the Olathe State Bank, Olathe, Colorado; the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City; and the Colorado Division of Banking.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
