The Federal Reserve Board announced the issuance of a Final Decision and Order of Prohibition against Carolyn D. Nelson, former Assistant Vice President, Lone Star National Bank, Pharr, Texas. The Order, the result of an action brought by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, prohibits Ms. Nelson from participating in the conduct of the affairs of any financial institution or holding company.
