The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Guaranty Financial Corporation, Charlottesville, Virginia; the Guaranty Bank, Charlottesville, Virginia; the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond; and the Bureau of Financial Institutions of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
