SUBJECT: Revised examination procedures which reflect changes in Regulation H, the Flood Disaster Protection Act
As you may be aware, Regulation H has been revised to reflect statutory changes in the Flood Disaster Protection Act. In this regard, the FFIEC has approved revised examination procedures (enclosed) which reflect these changes. Please distribute them to your examiners for their immediate use. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact the review examiner assigned to your district.
