The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the issuance of a Cease and Desist Order against Craig Van Stone, a former senior vice president, chief financial officer, and cashier of the Premier Bank, Denver, Colorado, addressing Mr. Van Stone's compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. A copy of the Cease and Desist Order is attached. |
