The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among United National Corporation, Sioux Falls, South Dakota; First PREMIER Bank, Sioux Falls, South Dakota; PREIMER Bankcard, Inc., Sioux Falls, South Dakota; and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
