The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the issuance of a Final Decision and Order of Prohibition against Garfield C. Brown, Jr., a former employee of Mellon Bank, N.A., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Order, the result of an action brought by the Office of Comptroller of the Currency, prohibits Mr. Brown from participating in the conduct of the affairs of any financial institution or holding company.
