The Federal Reserve Board today announced its approval of the notice of North Fork Bancorporation, Melville, New York to acquire Reliance Bancorp, Inc. ("Reliance") and thereby acquire Reliance's wholly owned subsidiary, Reliance Federal Savings Bank, both of Garden City, New York. Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action. |
