The Federal Reserve Board today announced its denial of the notice of Northern Star Financial, Inc., Mankato, Minnesota, to acquire First Federal Holding Company of Morris, Inc., and thereby acquire First Federal Savings Bank, both of Morris, Minnesota. Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action.
