The Federal Reserve Board announced that the elections of 27 bank holding companies and foreign banking organizations to become or be treated as financial holding companies are effective today. The list of these companies is attached. As they become effective, future financial holding company elections will be posted on the Board�s public web site at www.federalreserve.gov/generalinfo/fhc/ |
