The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among the New Century Bank, Southfield, Michigan, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and the Office of Financial and Insurance Services, Lansing, Michigan.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
