The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the issuance of a Cease and Desist Order against Ameribanc Holdings, Inc., Durango, Colorado, a bank holding company, and its subsidiary bank, the Bank of Durango, Durango, Colorado.
A copy of the Cease and Desist Order is attached.
