The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced its approval (142 KB PDF) of the applications under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act, the Bank Merger Act, and section 9 of the Federal Reserve Act for Sky Financial Group, Inc., Bowling Green, Ohio, to acquire Second Bancorp, Incorporated and its subsidiary bank, The Second National Bank of Warren, both in Warren, Ohio.
