| The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the proposal filed by Webster Financial Corporation, Waterbury, Connecticut, to acquire Eastern Wisconsin Bancshares and thereby indirectly acquire its subsidiary depository institution, State Bank of Howards Grove, both in Howards Grove, Wisconsin. Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action. |
