The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced its approval of the applications under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act, the Bank Merger Act, and section 9 of the Federal Reserve Act for Capital City Bank Group, Inc., Tallahassee, Florida, to acquire First Alachua Banking Corporation, and thereby indirectly acquire First National Bank of Alachua, both of Alachua, Florida. Attached is the Board�s Order relating to this action. |
