For panel A, the regression equation is: change in migration = -1.678 + 0.25 * percent negative equity. The standard error on the constant is 0.5 and on the negative equity coefficient is 0.024.      
For panel B, the regression equation is: change in migration = -0.786 + 0.002 * percent negative equity. The standard error on the constant is 0.242 and on the negative equity coefficient is 0.012.
