2026:Q1 data now available for the Financial Accounts of the United States
2026-06-11

This release incorporates revisions, structural changes, and enhancements. Major changes are described in the "Release Highlights" section of the publication and are also in the online Financial Accounts Guide at www.federalreserve.gov/apps/fof/. Effective with this release, all Z.1 Financial Accounts of the United States release tables have been renumbered. These changes are described in the release highlights and in a new Technical Q&A available at www.federalreserve.gov/releases/z1/z1_technical_qa.htm#z52. A Z.1 table mapping CSV file is also available on the release page which shows the crosswalk from the old table numbers to the new table numbers. The file structure of the Z.1 release consists of a single Z.1 PDF containing the updated Recent Developments summary, charts, and tables, the HTML tables corresponding to the Z.1 PDF, and a single set of compressed CSV files with accompanying data dictionary text files, also corresponding to the PDF. All data are available immediately for download through the Federal Reserve Data Download Program (DDP). The next Z.1 release will be Friday, September 11, 2026 at 12:00 noon.
