The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among the North Valley Bank, Zanesville, Ohio, the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
