Order of prohibition against Roslyn Y. Terry

For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the issuance of a Consent Order of Prohibition against Roslyn Y. Terry, a former employee and institution-affiliated party of SunTrust Bank, Atlanta, Georgia.

Ms. Terry, without admitting to any allegations, consented to the issuance of the Order, which was based on her alleged participation in violations of law, unsafe and unsound banking practices, and breaches of fiduciary duty and its customers in connection with her embezzlement of funds from the bank and falsification of the bank's books and records.

A copy of the Order is attached.
