Written agreement with First Georgia Community
For immediate release
The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among First Georgia Community Corp., Jackson, Georgia, First Georgia Community Bank, Jackson, Georgia, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Banking Commissioner of the State of Georgia.
