Prompt corrective action directive against Michigan Heritage Bank

For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the issuance of a consent Prompt Corrective Action Directive against Michigan Heritage Bank, Farmington Hills, Michigan, a state chartered member bank.
