The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Mirae Bancorp, Los Angeles, California, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and the State of California Department of Financial Institutions.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
