Written agreement with Northfield Bancshares and Community Resource Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Northfield Bancshares, Inc., a registered bank holding company, Community Resource Bank, a state member bank, both of Northfield, Minnesota, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
