For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Ravalli County Bankshares, Inc., a registered bank holding company, Ravalli County Bank, a state chartered member bank, both of Hamilton, Montana, the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, and the Montana Division of Banking and Financial Institutions.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
