The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Granvalor Holding, Ltd., Tortola, British Virgin Islands, International Bancorp of Miami, Inc., Coral Gables, Florida, both registered bank holding companies, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
