The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Paradise Bank, Boca Raton, Florida, a state chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the State of Florida Office of Financial Regulation.     

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
