Written agreement with Advantage Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Advantage Bancorp, Inc., Loveland, Colorado, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
