The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Volunteer Bancorp, Inc., Rogersville, Tennessee, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
