Written agreement with First Bankshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between First Bankshares, Inc., Winter Park, Florida, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
