The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Citizens Commerce Bancshares, Inc., Versailles, Kentucky, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
