The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Castle Rock Bank, Castle Rock, Colorado, a state member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and the State of Colorado Division of Banking.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
