Written agreement with Mid State Banks
For immediate release
The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Mid State Banks, Inc., Hawkinsville, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the State of Georgia Department of Banking and Finance.
