The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Bannister Bancshares, Inc., Kansas City, Missouri, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
