Written agreement with Community Valley Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Community Valley Bancorp, Chico, California, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
