The Federal Reserve Board on ­­Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Citizens Republic Bancorp, Inc., Flint, Michigan, a registered bank holding company, Citizens Bank, Flint, Michigan, a state-chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and the Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation.        

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
