The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Wisconsin Bancshares, Inc., Kenosha, Wisconsin, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
