Written agreement with Butte State Company and Butte State Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Butte State Company, Butte, Nebraska, a registered bank holding company, Butte State Bank, Butte, Nebraska, a state-chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance.
