The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the notice filed by National City Corporation, Cleveland, Ohio, to acquire Harbor Florida Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiaries, Harbor Federal Savings Bank and Appraisal Analysis, Inc., all of Fort Pierce, Florida.
