Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by Community & Southern Holdings, Inc.

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act for Community & Southern Holdings, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, to merge with Verity Capital Group, Inc. and to acquire its subsidiary bank, Verity Bank, both of Winder, Georgia.
