Reserve Bank Class C Directors: Gender and Racial/Ethnic Diversity1

By statute, Class C directors are appointed by the Board of Governors to represent the public. Each year, the Board of Governors appoints a Chair and Deputy Chair for each Bank's board from among that Bank's Class C directors.
