System of Records Notice

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposes to modify an existing system of records, entitled BGFRS-24, "FRB-EEO General Files." BGFRS-24 presently includes self-identification reports of current and former employees regarding race, national origin, sex, and disability and identification by Board staff regarding the race, national origin, and sex for those current and former employees who decline to voluntarily provide the information.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposes to modify an existing system of records, entitled BGFRS-7, "FRB-Payroll and Leave Records." This system of records includes records of pay statements, tax forms, leave entries for worker's compensation data, and leave data, including codes indicating reasons for taking leave (e.g., family illness, military leave).

BGFRS-26 includes written communications and related documents involved in adjusting work-related problems, including records such as interpersonal and organizational conflicts and related documentation.

BGFRS-45 includes records concerning debts owed to the Board or to the United States (including but not limited to restitution collectible by the United States) that arise out of the Board's operations or other activities, and records concerning the Board's efforts to collect these debts.

System of Records Notice

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) proposes to rescind an existing system of records, entitled BGFRS-8, "FRB-Travel Records." BGFRS-8 included travel authorization forms and supporting documentation, travel expense statements and supporting documentation, applications for government travel cards, records regarding Board reimbursement of travel expenses, and records regarding reservations for transportation and lodging sent to the Board's Travel Office.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) proposes to modify an existing system of records, entitled BGFRS-3, "FRB-Medical Records." BGFRS-3 includes information relating to medical examinations and drug testing of current and prospective employees, and any other medical-related information that may be submitted by employees, contractors, candidates for Board employment, and members of the public.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposes to modify an existing system of records, entitled BGFRS-37, "FRB-Electronic Applications." This system enables bank holding companies (BHCs), savings and loan holding companies (SLHCs), state member banks, and foreign banks with operations in the United States, or other companies, and persons to submit an application or notice to the Federal Reserve System for approval or non-objection, as appropriate, to conduct certain transactions or engage in certain activities.
