System of Records Notice
Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposes to modify an existing system of records entitled BGFRS/OIG–1, ‘‘FRB—OIG Investigative Records.’’ These records are collected and maintained by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) in support of its inquiries, investigations, and reports relating to the programs and operations of the Board and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and to manage its investigations.
System of Records Notice
Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposes to modify an existing system of records, entitled BGFRS-4, “FRB—General Personnel Records.” This system of records contains personnel records and is designed to assist the Board in its personnel management and decisions and in the administration of its benefits programs.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposes to modify an existing system of records entitled BGFRS/OIG-2 “Office of Inspector General (OIG) Personnel Records.” These records are collected and maintained to assist the OIG in making determinations regarding hiring, retention, promotion, performance evaluations, recognition, and training of OIG personnel. These records are also used to respond to ethics inquires and provide advice.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposes to modify an existing system of records entitled BGFRS-25, “FRB—Multi-Rater Feedback Records.” The modified system of records, which will now be called “FRB—360 Assessment Records,” includes 360 Assessment questionnaires completed by the employee being evaluated and his or her evaluators, analyses of the questionnaires, and associated feedback reports.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposes to modify an existing system of records, entitled BGFRS-24, "FRB-EEO General Files." BGFRS-24 presently includes self-identification reports of current and former employees regarding race, national origin, sex, and disability and identification by Board staff regarding the race, national origin, and sex for those current and former employees who decline to voluntarily provide the information.

This system of records contains records necessary to administer and maintain the Board's benefits programs and to assist in personnel management.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposes to modify an existing system of records, entitled BGFRS-7, "FRB-Payroll and Leave Records." This system of records includes records of pay statements, tax forms, leave entries for worker's compensation data, and leave data, including codes indicating reasons for taking leave (e.g., family illness, military leave).

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposes to modify an existing system of records, entitled BGFRS-26, "FRB-Employee Relations Records." BGFRS-26 includes written communications and related documents involved in adjusting work-related problems, including records such as interpersonal and organizational conflicts and related documentation.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposes to modify an existing system of records entitled BGFRS-20, "FRB-Survey of Consumer Finances" to account for changes necessitated by title III of the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act of 2018.

BGFRS-9 includes the supplier information form, W-9 tax identification document, and any other information pertaining to a supplier's status.
